Just a shout-out to those NMC-er’s who put it on the table and did the Maniac 5K down in Southwick Mass on Oct 2nd. For those who don’t know what the Maniac Race is- its a 5K Obstacle Course designed by Navy Seals. It includes crawling through mud under barbed wire, sliding down a wet mud hill, jumping over fire, and dodging swinging tires.
